people don't click on the ads. But that doesn't mean we need to sell every
little bit of information we get to some telemarketer in Elbonia.

thought this sounded pretty good, so we went through some standard privacy

1. We only collect information you
give us, we don't do spyware. If you give us your name on a form, we
remember your name.
Sam3d collects only the personally identifiable
information (e.g., your name and e-mail address) that you provide to us. While
we may gather market data from other resources, the scope of our knowledge of
your personally identifiable information based upon your use of our Site or
Services is limited. Any information that you provide to us allows us to
improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze usage
of the Site and Services, to improve our content and product offerings and to
customize our Site's content, layout and Services. However, for these purposes,
Sam3d only uses your personally identifiable information on an aggregate basis
and does not identify individual users without their consent. Sam3d is the sole
owner of the information collected on this Site. We will not sell, share, or
rent this information to others inconsistent with what is disclosed in this
policy.
2. We do keep track of queries, net
addresses and referring URLs. We also keep records if you submit forms
or send us emails.
Like many other Web sites, sam3d collects information about
users' utilization and navigation of our Site. This information helps us to
design our Site to better suit our users' needs. For example, our Site will
track the URL that you visited before you came to our Site, your IP address and
may track the URL to which you next go. We use your IP address to help diagnose
problems with our server and to administer our Site and Services. Your IP
address also is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic
information. If you correspond with us via e-mail, we may
gather the information in a file specific to you for our reference and
administrative purposes.

We have to follow the law and obey court orders. Should we receive a court order to share your information, we must reveal your IP address and query content to the court officials.
Sam3d collects the information contained in
queries that you submit to the Sam3d search engine for purposes of recording
the frequency and content of queries and assembling a database of ranked and
categorized queries in order to enhance the Services. While Sam3d collects and
stores the number of queries submitted and the content of such queries, Sam3d
does not collect and disclose to any third parties the personally identifiable
information of users who have submitted such queries. However, Sam3d may
disclose to third parties the Internet Provider (IP) address from which a query
has originated if required to do so by court order, subpoena or other legal
process or to enforce the user's compliance with the Sam3d Terms of Service.
4. Our site may use cookies.
Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers to a user's hard
drive for record-keeping purposes while visiting a Site. Sam3d uses cookies for
users who choose to set search preferences to optimize use of the Sam3d search
engine. You can opt out of receiving a cookie by choosing not to set search
preferences on the Site. In addition, most Web browsers can be changed to
prevent the receipt of cookies. However, you may get cookies from our
advertisers on the Site or through sites linked to the Site and we do not
control these cookies. In addition, if you prevent the receipt of cookies,
certain services, including without limitation, storage of your search
preferences, may be limited or unavailable to you.
5. Unless we're under a court order,
we don't reveal any personal data about our users to anybody.
As a general rule, Sam3d will not share, rent, sell or otherwise disclose any
of your personal data unless we have your permission to do so or we determine
that doing so is necessary to the provision of Services. Sam3d discloses user
data in the aggregate and discloses statistical results to advertisers and for
marketing or promotional purposes (for instance, 20% of our users reside in
California). Under these circumstances, Sam3d does not disclose to entities
any information that could be used to personally identify you. Please be aware
that despite our best intentions and the guidelines outlined in this Policy,
no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Moreover, we may be legally obligated to disclose information to the
government or to third parties under certain circumstances, such as where we
suspect that illegal activity is occurring on our Site or through our
Services.
Sam3d reserves the right to release the personally identifiable information
of users to law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole
and absolute discretion, deem necessary or appropriate.
6. For those young visitors out there,
please do not share any personal information if you are under age 13.
In accordance with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of
1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect or maintain information from users
under age 13 without parental consent. We do not monitor the age of our users.
However, if you are under age 13, you should not submit personal identifying
information to Sam3d without the consent of your parent or guardian.

We only know about our own policies, when you click off the site to a vendor
or advertiser site, they have their own privacy policy.
This Policy addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect
from you. You should be aware that when you are on the Site, you can be directed
to other sites that are beyond the control of Sam3d. Sam3d disclaims any
responsibility for the privacy practices of third parties or the content of
linked sites. We encourage you to read the posted privacy policy whenever
accessing any other Web site.
